Why taking a LONG vacation is so critical to you and your business?

Lets start with the key questions?

  1. What’s it like for you to go away on vacation, does everything have to be done before you go away?
  2. Is it more stressful going on vacation then when your at work on a normal Wednesday?
  3. What happens when you go away on vacation?   Do you have to work every day just to manage the small fires, the leads and to answer questions?
  4. Can you even take vacations, or are you so integral to the day to day that you need to be involved?

Now lets start to shift gears a bit!

Have you ever thought about taking a vacation, but can’t, couldn’t, or simply just know coming back wouldn’t be worth the time away?

What if I told you that the single best thing you could do for you and your business is to take 3 weeks off without contact to your business!

What would that be like for you?  If you say to yourself, gosh that would be nice but its impossible!  IF you say that, then please reach out as this is likely the single most critical and most important thing you can do for yourself and your business this year.

I’ll tell you why.

The Most Important Business Tool to Help Get Your Business Through the Corona-virus Crisis

Today, the most important tool aside from cash in your business, and arguably more important than cash is your “LEADS TRACKING!”  At this point we’re 30 days into this new world as the Corona Virus Pandemic is real and is here to stay for a long while.

If you have not begun evaluating your leads, compared your leads to a year ago at this time, tried to identify a similar month, or had the time to forecast your lead projections for the next 6 months then you’re business could be in real trouble.  Its not too late, but its time to realize that your lead is your greatest predictor of future revenue!

For example, some businesses need families to make big decisions for large purchases.  Thus, when families are together for a period of time they make critical decisions that they cannot make when they are working 65 hours a week and managing soccer, baseball and dive lessons!  They know that their leads after periods of vacation spike, and then get slower during the months of October, July and February (no vacations, or no end to a vacation).  Many of these companies have made some predictions, and have a plan moving forward that they can begin to track and adjust.

If you have not started using your leads as your single most important fiscal tool during this crisis, you need to start!

Regardless of how much you track your data, I would like to help you through this process as many key decisions can be made to help your company survive!
