Today, the most important tool aside from cash in your business, and arguably more important than cash is your “LEADS TRACKING!” At this point we’re 30 days into this new world as the Corona Virus Pandemic is real and is here to stay for a long while.
If you have not begun evaluating your leads, compared your leads to a year ago at this time, tried to identify a similar month, or had the time to forecast your lead projections for the next 6 months then you’re business could be in real trouble. Its not too late, but its time to realize that your lead is your greatest predictor of future revenue!
For example, some businesses need families to make big decisions for large purchases. Thus, when families are together for a period of time they make critical decisions that they cannot make when they are working 65 hours a week and managing soccer, baseball and dive lessons! They know that their leads after periods of vacation spike, and then get slower during the months of October, July and February (no vacations, or no end to a vacation). Many of these companies have made some predictions, and have a plan moving forward that they can begin to track and adjust.
If you have not started using your leads as your single most important fiscal tool during this crisis, you need to start!
